Job Details:

As a TargetRecruit Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating all technical documentation for our software solution. You will consult with our product team and become an expert in our core functionality. You will learn every feature, from initial requirements gathering through to its release. The documentation will be deployed on various tools and media. You will also ensure that our documentation is organized in a logical and easily navigable format and accompanied by whatever visuals best suit each element (screenshots, videos, flowcharts, and other visualizations).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Composing and updating content that will be used by customers and internal audiences.
Producing engaging content that allows people to find answers to their questions easily.
Auditing current documentation and adjusting/rewriting as needed.
Ship content in-step with product release cycles, and to a global audience.
Managing expectations, proactively communicating any potential issues, and delivering great solutions across the company.

Who You Are:

Skill communicator with excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects working under tight timelines.
Experience working with cross functional teams, leading and following as and when needed.
Impeccable verbal and written English skills, strong presentation skills
