Jonathan is the CEO of TargetRecruit. Jonathan joined TargetRecruit in 2018, bringing his vast knowledge of enterprise software and extensive experience successfully growing technology companies. He has spent his entire career in technology, working in everything from sales to operations. His main area of focus is product development, IT, finance and strategy.
Megan is responsible for managing customer success, implementation, support and project management. She is an experienced business analyst and was a former customer before joining the TargetRecruit team in 2017.
Chris joined TargetRecruit in 2021 as its Chief Technology Officer. Chris has over 25 years of experience in technology most recently at Robert Half as Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Service, where he managed one of the teams that helped build the company’s custom applicant tracking system (ATS) on Salesforce. Chris comes with a proven background in team building, communication and management skills that is based on strong technical expertise.
Kristen joined TargetRecruit in 2021 to develop and manage the company’s marketing strategy. As Director of Marketing, she has over 14 years of experience driving B2B growth through various lead generation programs. Kristen has previously held director level roles in various industries with eight years of experience in the staffing and staffing software sectors.
