Job Details:

As a Product Manager, you will have a direct and clear impact on our products and customers.  In this role, you will work closely with a talented team, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across TargetRecruit, and design, deliver and iterate on new software solutions. 

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Create product/feature specifications with visual and written designs.
  • Listen to customers (internal and external) to understand their scenarios and challenges.
  • Build delightful customer experiences with a strong understanding of customer requirements.
  • Define clear product objectives and build the roadmap that you think will accomplish them.
  • Define, collect and measure the success of the product/feature through relevant metrics and KPIs
Who You Are:
  • Five years of product management experience
  • Skill communicator with excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects working under tight timelines.
  • Experience creating alignment with a broad community of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp-up quickly on a new domain.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with B2B software solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with staffing and recruiting.
