The client was already using Applicant tracking system for recruitment. However, the legacy ATS was complicated and unfriendly. The biggest challenge was lack of integration with other systems. In addition to this, there was a separate credentialing system which led to duplication of effort and data process. It was also time consuming to keep switching between platforms.
