Chris joined TargetRecruit in 2021 as its Chief Technology Officer. Chris has over 25 years of experience in technology most recently at Robert Half as Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Service, where he managed one of the teams that helped build the company’s custom applicant tracking system (ATS) on Salesforce. Chris comes with a proven background in team building, communication and management skills that is based on strong technical expertise.
Tim joined TargetRecruit in 2021 as the Director of Product Management and is responsible for developing a product roadmap and defining solutions that meet customer and market needs. Tim has over 25 years of experience in enterprise software with roles in product management, sales and professional services. Most recently, Tim was a member of the Innovation Solution Center at Kelly Services.
Andy is the President of TargetRecruit and joined the company in 2018. He is a B2B marketing, sales and product management executive with over 20 years of enterprise SaaS experience. His primary focus is in product strategy, marketing and sales with extensive experience in services including customer success, education and implementation.
Holly is a founder and Managing Partner of Regents Consulting and former staffing industry executive. She has over 25 years of experience in staffing and professional services including leadership roles in recruiting, business operations, human resources and technology as well as experience managing large-scale ERP solution implementations for some of the largest global staffing companies.
At Regents, Holly leads the IT Management Consulting practice, providing program and project management expertise to assist customers in adoption of tools, methodologies and best practices to accelerate delivery of business value for IT projects. She has been featured on the You Own the Experience podcast, and shared her perspectives on technology trends, key decisions in the digital transformation journey and change management via numerous publications and webinars.
