TargetRecruit provides enterprise software to staffing and recruiting firms.  Our product is built on top of the Salesforce platform and we offer a full front-to-end solution. We are a small but growing global company with offices in Houston, London and Bangalore. 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain our brand’s online presence and drive our online lead strategy.  You will report to the Director of Marketing in the US.  This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and create and execute all paid digital marketing tactics with your expertise!

What you will do:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, paid social, SEO, and display advertising campaigns
  • Revamp our organic social media strategy and presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team and agency partners as necessary 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Who You Are:
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Expertise in setting up and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
