Job Details:

As a TargetRecruit Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory.  Emphasis will be placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations and closing business. The Sales Executive will work closely with our Solutions Engineer and coordinate involvement of Professional Services as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Maximize territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying and conducting customer meetings.
  • Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals.
  • Convert target prospects to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company’s solutions and services.
  • Develop proposals together with Professional Services.
  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM for opportunity and contact management (if it’s not in Salesforce, it didn’t happen).
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Travel to meetings and conferences (Post Covid).
Who You Are:
  • Five years of B2B software sales.
  • Track record of success. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeded sales targets.
  • Ability to accurately forecast, negotiate and close deals.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with staffing and recruiting.
