What You’ll Be Doing:

  • To plan and deliver training courses and ad hoc consultancy/training on the TargetRecruit application, covering front and back-office functionality
  • Courses will be a combination of formal structured sessions and shorter more focused sessions in response to client needs/requests
  • In addition, the role will entail creating and maintaining a library of useful recorded video “how to” guides covering the most relevant areas of the TargetRecruit application, particularly new features/releases
  • The successful candidate will also prepare and host a series of regular webinars to showcase how to implement best practice for staffing company processes within TargetRecruit
  • The role requires an ability to understand the application of business processes within an IT framework focused specifically on the staffing/recruitment sector
  • You will be required to liaise with internal technical and product specialists to create and maintain course materials, and to coordinate with our clients to book and deliver sessions
  • Courses will be delivered online in most cases, but some travel may occasionally be required.
  • Surveys, additional assistance, and follow-up sessions should be provided as required to delegates after completing courses
  • Client feedback on future enhancements and product issues should also be fed back to the product team for inclusion in future releases

Requirements:

  • Practical experience using Salesforce (admin experience/certification preferred)
  • Understanding of staffing/recruitment front and back-office processes
  • Extensive experience delivering training to all levels of users
  • Experience of creating and maintaining course content
  • Knowledge of onboarding and accounting principles (compliance/time capture/invoicing)
  • Understanding of learning principles
  • Willing to travel, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to work and learn remotely
  • Good team player with an enthusiasm for training
  • A self starter with the ability to learn new products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A bright and motivated individual, prepared to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Looking for a challenge within a busy, sociable environment

Qualifications:

  • Degree level/professional or finance qualification preferred but not essential
