Enterprise Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to serve the North American market. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory. Emphasis will be placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations and closing business. The Sales Executive will work closely with our Solutions Engineer and coordinate involvement of Professional Services as required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maximize territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, and conducting customer meetings
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
- Convert target prospects to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company’s solutions and services
- Develop proposals together with Professional Services
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM for opportunity and contact management
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle
- Travel to meetings and conferences
Who You Are:
- 5-8 years of experience is mandate.
- 5+ years of B2B software sales.
- SaaS Sales into Staffing is mandate, other SaaS experiences will also be considered.
- Experienced in Salesforce.
- Experienced in staffing and recruitment industry.
- Track record of success.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to accurately forecast, negotiate and close deals
