To do that, we need an experienced Business System Analyst that will be responsible for supporting the TargetRecruit products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (especially written), be self-managed, and excel at collaborating with others. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with Agile methodologies, writing user stories, creating diagrams, communicating the requirements to product development and QA teams. Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team
• Analyze the current application and identify areas for improvement
• Write user stories that accurately capture the business requirements of the team ensuring that solutions are optimized for usability and performance
• Work with other members of the product team to design, develop, test, and deploy TargetRecruit solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Who you are:

• Three years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-managed with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and participating in Agile ceremonies
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credential is preferred

Shifts:

• 5 Days Working: Monday to Friday
• UK Shift (1:30 pm IST – 10:30 pm IST)
