Our Sales team is seeking Business Development Representatives (BDR) to focus on outbound lead generation. We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from UK and European based staffing and recruiting firms through cold calling, emailing and social.
  • Research and build “cold accounts”.
  • Engage with prospects via telephone and email to analyze their needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
  • Conduct high level conversations about leads with Senior Sales Executives.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years experience holder.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Strong desire to work in sales.
  • Passion to grow into a sales role.

Bonus Points For:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce

Shifts:

  • 5 Days Working : Monday to Friday
