UI/ UX Designer- Bangalore & Houston

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analysts and software developers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Enterprise Sales Executive- Houston

We are seeking an experienced, quota-carrying sales performer based in our Houston office or in the western USA.  You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory.  Emphasis will be placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and closing business. The Sales Executive will coordinate involvement of Professional Services as required.


Responsibilities:

  1. Maximizes territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, conducting customer meetings and demonstrating the product.
  2. Generates new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
  3. Converts target prospects to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company’s solutions and services.
